Ask for support
Reaching out to my own leadership team was not evidence that I was unprepared. It was part of leading responsibly.
I created Behavioral Wellness Coaching to support women in ABA leadership as they navigate the responsibilities of their roles and build lives that reflect what matters to them.
My work brings together behavior analysis, clinical and operational leadership experience, and health and wellness coaching. I care about your professional growth, your well-being, and the person you want to become.
Before stepping into leadership, I had already gained valuable experience as a BCBA working with different populations and across different settings. I understood clients, families, clinical decision-making, and the responsibility of providing high-quality services.
Then I became a leader within an ABA organization, and the scope of the work changed.
I learned the logistics of opening centers, interviewing candidates, delegating to administrative roles, developing clinicians, and navigating the daily realities of operations. At the same time, I was responsible for helping our teams meet ethical, organizational, and funder requirements.
These were not skills I had automatically acquired by becoming a strong behavior analyst. I had to learn them while doing the work.
For a long time, I felt responsible for everyone and for every success or failure across my team. I had to learn that supporting people well did not mean anticipating every problem, holding every concern, or having every answer.
Reaching out to my own leadership team was not evidence that I was unprepared. It was part of leading responsibly.
Leadership did not have to be 100% perfect to be thoughtful, ethical, and effective.
Clearer systems and boundaries helped me support others without personally carrying every outcome.
My approach brings together behavior analysis, clinical and operational leadership, and evidence-based coaching so we can look at both the person and the systems shaping what is possible.
Supporting clients, families, clinicians, and teams across populations and service settings.
Experience spanning clinical direction, center development, operations, and regional oversight.
Firsthand experience building teams and systems while navigating complex requirements.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
One of the parts of leadership I valued most was investing in people: helping someone navigate a difficult situation, grow in confidence, and see possibilities they hadn't yet recognized in themselves.
After years of doing that within one organization, I wanted to extend that support to women across ABA.
I believe in the difference our work can make for Autistic individuals and their families. I want people who care about that work to have support as their responsibilities grow.
And I want your goals to have a place in that conversation, too.
What does success mean to you? What do you want your work to make possible? What needs to change for your life to feel more aligned with what matters?
Whether you want to grow in your current role or thoughtfully consider your next chapter, I want you to have someone in your corner.
