You support your team, navigate expectations, and make decisions that affect other people.
But some questions are difficult to bring to the people you supervise. Some situations need perspective from someone outside your organization. And sometimes you want to talk with people who understand the responsibility without needing the whole background explained.
The Collective gives you a place to bring those questions, learn alongside peers, and take your next step with support.
For women navigating the responsibilities of ABA leadership.
You may be finding your footing in a new role, leading an established team, running a business, or considering what you want next.
You care about doing meaningful work. You want to keep learning, talk honestly about challenges, and put useful ideas into practice.
You’re also willing to protect confidentiality, listen with curiosity, and contribute respectfully.
You don’t need to arrive with every answer. A willingness to reflect, learn, and try is a place to begin.

- Each month, identify one behavior or leadership practice you will intentionally implement.
I will not share another member's story outside the community.
That includes screenshots, recordings, copied posts, identifiable situations and personal experiences shared by members, without that member's explicit written permission.
I understand that discussions are confidential.
What is shared within the Collective stays within the Collective. Apply what you learn. Do not disclose another person's experience or identity.
I will protect client and employee confidentiality.
When asking for support, remove identifying information and comply with the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA where applicable, employer policies and applicable law.
I understand this is not legal or clinical supervision.
Discussions are for professional development and leadership growth. Members remain responsible for their own clinical, ethical, supervisory and employment decisions.
I agree to contribute respectfully.
Repeated disrespect, harassment, discrimination, breaches of confidentiality or actions that compromise psychological safety may result in removal from the Collective.
✓Educational sessions may be recorded for members who cannot attend live.
✓Before each session, we’ll explain whether it is being recorded. You may keep your camera off or choose not to share.
✓Please remove identifying information about clients, employees, organizations, and families.
✓If a discussion becomes sensitive, recording may be paused or the relevant portion removed before sharing with members.
Questions before joining
An ongoing community for women in ABA leadership that brings together leadership development, reflection, practical application, and peer connection. We consider both the responsibilities of leadership and the well-being of the person carrying them.
No. The Collective welcomes women who supervise, guide others, influence team practices, or are preparing for leadership responsibilities in ABA.
Yes. Every member agrees to a confidentiality commitment before they're let in, and it's the condition the whole space depends on. You can read the full agreement above before you decide.
Yes. Each month, a leadership workshop or continuing education session is held and included with membership ($35 to $60 value). Earn up to 10 CEs per year.
Individual coaching is a separate service focused on your goals and circumstances. The Collective offers shared learning, facilitated reflection, practical application, and peer support.
No. Discussions are for professional development and leadership growth. You remain responsible for your own clinical, ethical, supervisory and employment decisions.
During open enrollment, you can join and begin participating in the community and the current monthly activities.
